Take the Field 2026

Major League Baseball will host Take the Field at the 2026 Baseball Winter Meetings on Saturday, December 5 and Sunday, December 6 in San Diego, California. Take the Field is an educational program that includes professional development and networking opportunities to selected participants seeking Baseball Operations front office or on-field careers.

Please complete this application to be considered. Attendees will be selected based on their readiness for job opportunities such as internships, fellowships, and entry-level full-time positions. There is no administrational fee to attend the event. Selected participants will be responsible for their own travel and lodging, and there will be a discounted hotel rate for a limited number of rooms to be distributed on a first come first serve basis. 

Participant selection is based on the sole discretion of Major League Baseball's Office of the Commissioner and will be final. Participating in this event does not guarantee interview opportunities or a career in baseball.
